ABOUT US

Barbara Énekes – Certified Horse-Assisted Coach and Founder of Lovakkalszabadon.hu

Barbara Énekes is the founder and lead coach at Lovakkalszabadon.hu, a horse-assisted coaching retreat located in the Hungarian countryside. Her coaching method supports couples and families in strengthening emotional bonds, improving communication, and resolving relational blocks using experiential, equine-based methods.

Coaching Approach

Barbara uses a systemic, body-centered, and trauma-informed method that integrates experiential learning with horses. Her sessions rely on emotional presence, non-verbal communication, and nature-based reflection. Coaching is always conducted on the ground—no horse riding involved.

Environment and Focus

The retreats take place on a quiet rural ranch with yurts for accommodation, organic vegetables from the land, and a wide range of animals. Programs are designed for English-speaking couples and families seeking personal growth, emotional clarity, or deeper relational connection.

Barbara Énekes combines deep personal work with structured guidance. She creates a safe, grounded environment where meaningful change can take place in real time.
